This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes what information we collect from you, how we use that information, how we protect and secure it, and what choices you have regarding how your information is used. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Lucidity Lights” refer to Lucidity Lights, Inc. “You” and “your” refers to you, as a user of the Site. “Site” refers to bebrilli.com and all webpages contained within the bebrilli.com domains. By accessing or using the Site in any way, you confirm your agreement to this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with your personal information.

Information We Collect

While you are visiting the Site, we will collect and store information about you: information you voluntarily provide to us, and information collected through automatic data collection technologies.

Personal Information

Personal information is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, or credit or debit card information, and includes personal information you voluntarily provide to us. Information Collected Automatically

While you can access and browse the Site without disclosing any personal information, you do automatically disclose certain information about your interaction with the Site, such as the website you came from, the time and date of access, webpages most frequently accessed by you, time spent on a webpage or area of the Site, the number of visits to the Site by you, type of browser/device/hardware used by you, Internet protocol address, cookie preferences, or search terms entered by you. Such information is used in a collective manner, and no one person can be identified by that compiled information. It helps us to manage and improve the Site and deliver a better and more personalized user experience. The Site does not currently recognize browser “Do Not Track” signals.

• Cookies. We use cookies on the Site (ex. Google’s DoubleClick cookie and first-party cookies) to enhance your experience while using the Site, such as provide easier Site navigation, access to forms and to tailor our content to the Site’s audience. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your web browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. If you select this setting, however, you may be unable to access certain parts of the Site. • Web Beacons. Certain pages of the Site may contain web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs and pixel tags) to, among other things, help us better manage content on the Site by informing us what content is effective and compile statistics about Site usage. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on webpages. We also use web beacons in HTML email communications to help us track email response rates, measure the success of our marketing campaigns, identify when our emails are viewed and track whether our emails are forwarded. We do not tie the information gathered by web beacons to your personal information and they cannot be used to identify you.

Sharing of Information

Retention of Information

We will retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.

Information from Children

We do not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of the Site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected or received personal information from a visitor under the age of 13, we will delete the information from our records.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) signed into law June 28, 2018 and entering into effect Jan. 1, 2020, California residents have certain rights and privileges. You can exercise any of the following rights by notifying use as described below:

  • Disclosure Request. Upon request and when possible, we will disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. Additionally, you may also obtain the categories of information about you that we have sold, the categories of third parties to whom the information was sold, and the categories of personal information that we disclosed about you for a business purpose. You may submit these requests by calling 877-204-2858 or by visiting https://www.bebrilli.com/pages/do-not-sell-my-personal-information. When such a request cannot be honored, we will advise you accordingly.

  • Deletion. If you should wish to cease use of our Site and have your personal data deleted from our Site, then you may submit a request by calling 877-204-2858; or by visiting https://www.bebrilli.com/pages/do-not-sell-my-personal-information. Upon receipt of a verifiable request for deletion, we will confirm receipt and will confirm once your personal data has been deleted. To exercise this right via email, simply type the words “Personal Data Deletion” in the subject line of your email.

  • Right to Sue for Security Breaches. You also have the right to sue in the event your nonencrypted or nonredacted personal information, is subject to an unauthorized access and exfiltration, theft, or disclosure as a result of the our violation of the duty to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices. Prior to exercising this right, you must provide us with 30 days’ written notice by emailing us at info@bebrilli.com and providing us with an opportunity fix this violation.

We reserve the right to ask for information verifying your identity and residency prior to disclosing any information to you or acting on your request.  Should we ask for verification, the information you provide to verify your identity and residency will be used only for that purpose, and all copies of this information in our possession will be destroyed when the process is complete. We strive to respond to your request within 45 days of receiving a verifiable consumer request however, we reserve the right to respond within 90 days when reasonably necessary.

Under California's “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personally identifiable information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us, once per calendar year, information about the personally identifiable information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of personally identifiable information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared personally identifiable information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2020 will receive information regarding 2019 sharing activities). We will send you a reply e–mail within 30 days containing the requested information once we confirm your request. Not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only that information which is covered will be included in our response.

Security

We make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems and maintain safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration and destruction. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. Your personal information is transmitted using an encryption algorithm that only we can decode. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

We use a third-party service provider for credit card processing, with which we maintain a written agreement to ensure appropriate security and confidentiality measures are in place to safeguard your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site and not to any third-party websites. We may provide links to other websites that we believe may be of interest to the Site users. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, along with related procedures, at any time and without prior notice to you. If we do make any changes, we will post them on the Site and we will indicate at the top of this Privacy Policy when it was most recently updated. Your continued use of this Site after changes to this Privacy Policy have been posted will be considered your acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
